    Shantelle has over 20+ years of experience as a business leader, consultant, career coach and trainer/facilitator. She specializes in change navigation, inclusive leadership, management effectiveness, team building, and executive coaching for companies, non-profit organizations and universities. She has industry experience in higher education, state & local government, non-profit, military, and corporate and financial institution environments. She is highly accomplished in working with organizations to manage the people, process, and technology changes impacting their business during mergers and acquisitions: organizational change, strategic planning, career transitions, and learning strategy facilitation.

    Shantelle’s mantra is simple: Recruit, Retain, and Engage team members in any organization by putting people first! Enable them with simple, solid, safe (diversity & inclusion and compliance) and structured processes and technology, and the return on investment will be engaged leaders, managers, and people all trying to achieve strategic objectives that they understand and believe. She partners with organizations in developing leaders, managing change and transition, team building &optimization and strategic problem-solving.

    Shantelle’s last role was a business leader in the Global Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness team for MasterCard where she was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s global people manager and mergers & acquisitions curriculum. Previously, she held director positions at KPMG, University of Oxford (England), and Accenture.

    Shantelle has released two songs, “Represent” and “Proverbs 31 Lady” being used at various universities, churches and non-profit organizations.

He has 30 years of experience with elite sporting teams in Australia and the United States by serving as psychologist at four Olympic Games, leading a national law firm, driving an international leadership and sales execution practice, and mentoring top executives. Previously, he was partner at rogenSi and vice president at TeleTech Consulting. Clark has a PhD in performance psychology; is a recipient of the Australian Sports Medal; is a registered and licensed psychologist in Australia; has published more than 30 books, journals, and periodicals; and is a keynote presenter at conferences worldwide

    Ed is currently an adjunct faculty member at Stony Brook University. He retired from KPMG as a Business Developer & Learning Solutions Director, where he developed training solutions (classroom, virtual, and blended) to improve performance in the areas of sales, client relationships, enabling skills, and leadership. Ed’s area of expertise is research studies on salespeople, managers, and customer service personnel to determine competencies and resources for success. He also worked directly with outside clients on training evaluation, employee attitude surveys and market research.
