She is highly accomplished in working with organizations to manage the people, process, and technology changes impacting their business during mergers and acquisitions: organizational change, strategic planning, career transitions, and learning strategy facilitation.

Shantelle’s last role was a business leader in the Global Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness team for MasterCard where she was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s global people manager and mergers & acquisitions curriculum. Previously, she held director positions at KPMG, University of Oxford (England), and Accenture.
Shantelle has released two songs, “Represent” and “Proverbs 31 Lady” being used at various universities, churches and non-profit organizations.
